Return & Exchange Policy

At Project Willa Inc, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled with care and accuracy. Below is our return policy in line with our fulfillment partner, Printify.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within **30 days** of receiving the item by following these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number.
2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage for assessment.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Please note that defective items may not need to be returned, but we may ask for further information to process the replacement.

Non-Defective Items
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on items that are not defective. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are **final** once the order has been processed.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within **24 hours** of placing it, provided that production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Exceptions
- **Incorrect Addresses:** Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
- **Lost or Stolen Packages:** If your package is lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
